Turbine housings changeable?

To be more specific, I have Garrett GT3574 with a .84 A/R exhaust housing, And I am wandering can I fit a .96 A/R from housing from Master Power? Both P-trim.

Thanks

Found the answer to my question. If anyone else was wandering, the housings need to be the same make and series (garrett GT series)
