It's drastic, but it can be done.

The turbo is capable of making anywhere from 200 to 250 at the wheels, with boost under 15psi.
If you're looking for a compressor map, there is no official compressor map easily available.
The turbo is very close to what a Garrett S-trim compressor map looks like.

Clearance should not be a problem, since the 13B-REW LIM hugs closer to the engine.

Oil supply should be the same, since both 13BT and 13B-REW uses the same oil supply point on the front iron.
You will most likely need to fab an oil drain line, since the 13B-REW front cover drain is slightly different.

Coolant lines to the turbo need to be addressed also.

I think for the price of all the work he would have to do he could probably find a good set of used twins

There are hybrid fc turbos running 350-400rwhp.
but FDs can do up there w/ a ported motor and stock twins even! not alone the fd hybrids. but fc turbo is half the price

a friends fd had a hybrid s5 turbo on his fd, the fit is very factory, its 90% bolt on. power with the hybrid is about the same as an fd with a dp and non sequential, its not that fast, but it is simple, it fits, and its cheap
