You better take your car to another dyno, in order to make that kind of power @ 85% duty cycle on E85 you will need a extra 2300cc of injector.
What fuel pressure are you running? and no way in hell they are on the 40 psi range.
Also back in 2010 you made 700+ with 20-23 psi, so you made more power back then than now with more boost.

OK ITS EASY TO EXPLAIN THIS..
#1 the 700hp dyno 3 years ago was inaccurate because there was no load on the dyno...
#2 i took the same 700hp setup and went to a dynojet and it made 540....
#3 time machines tunned the car and it made 550 (and the car felt faster)

He was saying his old numbers were bogus. Not the new numbers.. When he posted back in the days his dyno numbers of 700, that was wrong because the dyno had no load. So he went to another dyno to back up the numbers and got the 540hp.
This new dyno is his latest results of the new tune and motor..

So what base fuel pressure?
850/1600 can barely sustain 550 hp on pump, how you guys were able to get 680 on E85 that requires 30-35% more fuel, can you please tell me.
Want to know because I'm planning to switch to E85 also, so with my 1000/2200 cc I should be able to be support close to 800hp.

This is a very good question. I building mine for the same power & did home work to come up with 750lbs - 800lbs of fuel needed .

#2.. the fuel pump im using.... also the throttle body helps as well
#3 with my setup im keeping the 2/1600 and adding 2/2200... (so my setup will look like this 2/1600 2/2200cc) because im going for 800.... the ones you just gave is around my setup depending on what pump you have....
considering your in palm beach if you want we can meet up or something & ill b sure to give you a ride... & vice versa

Actually you will have to be at over 70 psi base pressure plus boost, so your running over 90 psi of fuel pressure under boost.
Sure I will like to see how my 590hp mustang dyno FD will do against that E85 monster.

no i just looked at the graph recorded with the microtech & it was at 65.3psi so it was accurate
i work in deerfield actually so im really not that far.. from WPB
ya your 590 on mustang should be low 600 so your almost near me.... so still good match...
by the way how you like that cosmo intake?

Still looking for your video, can you please post it.
It's that 65.3 base pressure + boost. Can you post the Microtech data?
I like the Cosmo intake better flowing than the REW intake for sure, but not as good as yours.
Can't wait to start running E85

Yeah, you don't want Frank Tunning your car, it might not make it of the dyno in one piece.
And by the way nobody ******* hating here, also didn't know that the OP couldn't answer questions about his setup without permission.
