Tank pressure/Vacuum

I have a T04s kit and I have always had a problem with the gas when the tank is at about 1/4. I realized today the problem was worse than I thought. I am running one stock tube to the front and one as the return. The front splits and goes to each rail seperately, joins at the FPR and combines into one going back to the tank.

When I am running below half a tank I have problems starting. Today I realized with my Wideband that in the higher RPM's I am loosing fuel pressure and my AFR are climbing, not good.

I filled up my tank and its back to normal with great AFR's and loses no pressure. How have you guys delt with the pressure/vacuum that builds up when the tank when the gas volume gets low? Should I have my other two outputs on the tank capped? Currently I just run a line in and out.

Do you guys still use the carbon canister and vent to air?

Thanks
Chris
