It appears to be in good shape, but it's hard to tell from a picture. The price is definitely good. It's a little too big for a street car, unless that street car has a 20B.

Yeah that's an awesome price for that turbo. It's too big for me, I think a T66 or T78 is perfect for me. Iif anyone is interested he has 3 for sale.

I'd like to put it on my car just for the hell of it, but spending $750 just for the hell of it isn't always the smartest thing to do.

How much do you guys think all the other crap you'd need to make a complete turbo kit would cost. I just mean manifold, oil lines, dp, etc. There's a guy out here with a supra with a t-76. The car is fast as all hell.

If you make your own oil lines from SS hose and AN fittings, maybe $100. It looks like the turbo has a v-band flange. The extra flange and clamp will be about $50. The downpipe can be done in alot of ways. A good ready-made manifold can run anywhere from $500-$800.

Damn you guys. Now I want to try that turbo. If I sold my spare TO4B I could justify it.

The Garrett T-76 is different from a Turbonetics T-76. The Garrett T-76 he's selling is HUGE. It has a 5" v-band clamp. Only a nut would buy one. Oh yeah, I bought one that he had that wasn't part of the auction.

This is what I was told about the Turbonetics T-76:
The T76 is three turbos combined to make one. The cartridge is a TS04 (big shaft T04, with a T76 compressor and billett backing plate with a cut-down T76 turbine shaft and wheel. The T04 is then machined to a 'P' or 'Q' trim, or even the 'R' which makes a lot of work.
