PA T2 or 13brew

sup guys... well ive had a toyota corolla ae86 with a 1jz-gte ( single turbo supra engine ) and traded it for a base model FC and 5k. i wanted to go single turbo rotary. just wanted to knw whats better to start off with. t2 or 13b-rew? ive seen t2 single turbo pushing 20 psi and rew pushing 24. so any advice will be great.

and ive seen t2 motors at over 35psi.
the rew is the preferred motor but with the right mods the t2 motor can make excellent power.

Rew motor has better housing coatings and more metal around the dowel pins areas to help prevent cracking.
