ok, thanks, it seems that most turbos make "almost" the same amout of power on pump gas. anywhere from 400-435.

A couple of things to take in consideration is that I want a daily driver, reliable. Also I dont have emissions where I live and another is that it I drive only 20 miles a day to work and back. Straight shot, no stops, 2 lane highway in the boonies. Im leaning toward the 60-1. What do you guys that have the 60-1 think of it? I heard its good for the streets and spools up quick. Any feedback?

T-78 been there, done that (actually twice!)
RX-6 been there, done that

Im more of a street driver and i persoanlly prefer wide power band.. saying that i suggest the RX-6.
The T-78 is a great turbo but its just too big.

if you looking for a great compromise between the 2 turbos then look into the GT35/40.. that turbo spools up quite fast and gives nice top end

good luck!

I even beat a viper gts@10psi.. it was a rich kid who didnt know his car. if you have some of those single turbo supras around, i think the t-78 would be a good choice. the lag isnt bad at all. I say the hell with lag and down shift. i guess a few people ant tried it yet but it works for me.
i dont understand why people race from 2500-3500 rpms??? why?? 5k is where Im at!!
Ditto. I haven't turned the boost up past 10psi yet and my car feels very strong. A good bit stronger than my 360rwhp non-sequential setup. My car seems to have a good bit more torque. It will squat and go where as the twins had a harder time getting the car to initially ride out. I'm boosting off the wastegate spring. Hopefully I'll soon be up to 15-16 psi once I figure out how to get my damn profec b to work properly. As long as you're at about 4000-4500rpm's your good to go with the t78... even at 3000 I'm building good boost. Imo, the T78 is very streetable and I'm very happy with my choice.

If you want a drag turbo then a T78 is good. KDR gave me a comparision dyno chart with a T78 at 16psi. My turbo kicked its butt and I was at 14psi untill 5.5k rpms then the T78 kicked my butt. So if you want a steetable turbo then I would not go with the T78. The T78 peak was 378rwhp.

I'm a street guy. Car is awesome to me and the torque is pretty darn good.

14psi boost.

330 lbs torque at 5k rpms.

rwhp rpm
053 - 2.5
084 - 3.0
137 - 3.5
212 - 4.0
260 - 4.5
300 - 5.0
330 - 5.5
345 - 6.0
340 - 6.5
325 - 7.0

CARTEST2000 simulates it at high 11s - low 12s 121mph at 14psi. 124 mph at 21psi.

Not as good as I had hoped but Dave said with the water injection it should be bullet-proof. Dave does not tune at the ragged edge.

Dave tunned my car as well. Im not sure what im putting down at 10 psi, but at 15psi, im making 425rwhp. Im looking to put down even more since I installed 2msd amps and coils. the thing is, I have gone 3 months and having even went over 10psi. The reason is , I dont have a boost controller. I really need a kaaz lsd, so im going to a $20 doller boost controller(come with 3 year warranty ) im going to have mine modified when it come to rebiuld it. The thing is about the 35/40 is that I heard it cant be rebiult(is that true?). The t-78 parts are hard to find to. But I think anything can be rebiult.

Have you looked into any Hks Turbos or Greddy? Maybe there is something in between the rx6 and t-78.

w/my GT35/40 and (barely broken in) Pineapple LargeStreetPorted motor on street tires I trapped 117Mph @ 10.0psi and 124Mph @ 15.5psi

If you want quick spool, plenty of top end and have the cash for the GT35/40 kit, I highly recommend it.
