T-78 rx-7's

I have been looking into buying a single turbo upgrade, preferably the T-78, The kit comes complete with top quality parts, stainless manifold, turbo, wastegate, air filter, it also includes all necessary hardware and instructions. I understand the stock fuel system is able of getting some where near 525hp. This kit says "400+ RWHP at 15psi on pump gas and with proper tuning ".
What else do you all reccomend I purchase so my engine gets the most HP is can get.
Obviously I'll purchase a dp, I already have exhaust (hks super dragger) its pretty much stock, but i have put new vaccum lines just to be safe.
please comment back with ideas or sugestions on which items i should buy, fuel system, electronics, ecu upgrade, ect ect..
thanks - jim

I doubt (actually I'm sure) you can't get 525hp out of the stock fuel system. Umm....Maybe you should do a little more research, the kit comes with a downpipe. You are going to need a fuel system, definitely a standalone ecu PFC/E6K, boost controller, intercooler, and a good purchase would be a radiator

how hard is to install the turbo yourself... i have swaped out the stock twins and didn't seem to be a pro0blem... do you need an upgraded fuel pressure regulator... i have the 550's in the primaries and 1300's in the secondaries. are there any welding involved...and do you need to upgrade to a fmic.. i have a stock mount greddy.

The SMIC will work fine. You might be ok with the 550/1300 combo but you will be limited to how much boost you can run. The insatllation of a turbo kit is fairly easy. If you have taken off your stock turbos then the install of a singe turbo should be a piece of cake.

I wanted to put 720cc for prim, and 1600cc for secondary, hmm, i was going to go with the 3-row greddy they say it can hold 500+ so thats just perfect in my scenerio.
