Surge tank fabricators?

I think I finally settled on the fuel setup I want and am looking for opinions (pros/cons) and if anyone knows someone who can fabricate a surge tank for me.. I am planning on running my stock pump into a surge tank, and would like to run a BNR33 in the surge tank pushing 1680 sec and 850 prim.. I've been searching and am just having problems finding someone who fabricates surge tanks to suit my needs..

figure out where you want to stick the surge tank and the approximate size, get the metal and the fittings and look up a welding shop in the phone book.
