here's one:





T4 to T6 adapter flange. Looks like the actual inlet ports are the same size, it's just the footprint is bigger. I guess I never compared the two that closely. They also have a lot of other adapter flanges that would be more useful for other applications, like TD05 to T3 adapters and such for DSM's. But they do custom adapters as well. I wonder if they could do an adapter from the stock FC manifold to a T3, so that FC owners could use a larger internally wastegated like a GT30 or an HX35 (assuming the internal wastegate could actually control boost).

Looks good.

Alot of ebay flanges are garbage though. Trust me, after seeing some of the **** i have, i'd go through a fabricator and possibly pay extra and have the job done ONCE.

It all depends on the quality and consistency of the metals they use.

I plan on going through weir tech fab and turboflanges.com for alot of my stuff. My one-off dsm manifold was all turboflanges.com stuff. Sched 40 t's and bo's, mild steel 1/4" thick mani to head flange and 1/2" turbo flange. Stick welded ftw. I have pics somewhere....lol.

hmm I had never been to turboflanges.com . I just checked it out and it looks like the site needs a bit of work, but if you recommend them for custom stuff I'll keep it in mind. I'm always on the lookout for sources of custom flanges because of all the random projects myself and my friends are doing.
