Stock Turbo Oil Restrictor

I've read that the stock turbo oil feed line has a restrictor built in to it. Im running a stock hybrid, but the feed line i got had been hacked up with the end pieces intact, but a rubber hose between them. This is just the small line that attaches directly to the turbo, not the hard line thats banjo-bolted to the front housing and runs across the engine behind the alternator. This line is stock.

I want to know whether I still have the stock restrictor, or whether it was stuck somewhere in the middle of that small second feed line. Put another way, where exactly is the oil feed restrictor? Thanks!

Its built into the turbo, not the oil feed line.
