I just got the pressure sensor hooked up right, and it reads vacuum correctly, but the boost doesn't really go much past 0 once it gets up there, even near redline. I can't tell if it's actually boosting but not reading it correctly, or if the turbo isn't making boost, just atmosphere?

 

Sounds as if your turbine might have went south. Pull the suction pipe and check the turbine for end play.
