squirrel noise??

After I set up my single turbo kit and FMIC, sometimes when I am on the throttle and let up on the gas there is some type of weird noise I hear. Not sure where it is coming from. Sounds like a squirrel is in my car or Big Bird is snoring or something? what the hell is it?

compressor surge

first of all, thanks for the information. Secondly, beware of Rotary Performance! Chris, who owns the joint told me the noise was nothing to worry about. I told them that I had heard that it was compressor surge and he told me no, it's just your blow off valve making a funny noise. It's all about the dollars with these guys so owners beware. 15 +years in the business, he should know in a heartbeat what the noise is, and tell his customer about it, the dangers of it, and how to prevent it.

I've dealt with them twice, and both times it was a terrible experience. They are NOT interested in you or your car once they get your money. They're like those shops that only worry about their own cars.
