Specs of XS TO4E?

I was just searching for the trim, A/R, etc... and I only found a few posts that weren't positive about the specs, so does anyone know what they are, and or how can I tell by looking at one?

Thanks,
Matt

You need to pop open the compressor housing and measure the inducer and exducer diameters - this is the ONLY way you can confirm the trim wheels.&nbsp You cannot tell what size it is just by "staring at it"...

Ok it has 1.0 AR stamped on the exhaust housing, and .50 stamped on the inside of the outlet from the intake side. Now how exactly do I measure the trim? I'm guessing it can only be a 40,46,50,54,57,60 but what do these numbers refer to? Is the .50 refering to the trim?

Thanks,
Matt

The .50 stamped on the compressor housing doesn't mean anything meaningful.

You need to take the compressor housing off (6 bolts on the back side?) and get the compressor wheel exposed.

Measure the inducer/top/smaller diameter of the compressor wheel and then measure the exducer/bottom/larger diamter of the compressor wheel.&nbsp Turbonetics has their compressor wheel chart online, so cross-reference those measurements against their chart...
