A-SPEC GT35R with air pump install completed

I have completed my install with a working stock air pump.
My instruction/conversion PDF, and others pictures PDF are too big for posting here. So I will just show one picture.

If you want both PDFs, directly e-mail me at cewrx7r1@yahoo.com.

Texas has dyno emissions testing for older cars like mine. I do not want to worry every year as to who I can pay off for a sticker. Went throught that for about 6 years with my old street ported 1st gen. This way all I have to do is switch the MP for my high flow cat.

The new setup does not dump any air back to atmosphere, thus no moofart sound.

Great. That's something I will take into consideration later on when choosing my single turbo kit. Thanks for posting.

Looks sweet. I'm sure you'll be incredibly happy with that kit. I know I have been.

Very nice job!

I'm waiting for the exact same thing!

I'm building the streetported engine right now, getting ready for the turbo to arrive!

I plan on using the airpump as well in conjuction with a Metallit main catalytic. Hopefully I too will be able to legitimately pass smog .

Chuck, can you please send me the pdf to attila@atihun.com? I can host it and provide a link for people to download it.

Thanks,

Attila

BTW. How is the hood?

Will do.

I have one of your CF hoods and it looks and cools really good. Got it back in 2002.

Thumbs up

Here are the files from Chuck.

Either just open the file by clicking on the link, or right click and choose save as to save it off to your system.

http://www.atihun.com/downloads/gt35r_conversion.pdf
http://www.atihun.com/downloads/gt35r_completed.pdf

If the file type is unkown on your system, go to Adobe (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html) and download their reader.

Thanks again!

Attila

Pretty cool. Maybe A-Spec can incorporate a similar bracket in the kit for those who want one?

Anytime Stan, I also want to see how to changed your turbo hoses on your car.

So far I have only AFR tuned the idle, cruise, and vacuum up to PFC row P10.
Will have to wait for my tuning buddy's help to get on the boost.

It definitely blows more air even at idle. I had to close down the throttle some to get the idle down.
