Question A-Spec GT3574 parts Q

Hi there, I recently picked up a slightly used A-Spec GT3574 kit from a fellow forum member, but it was missing a few small pieces I need to complete the install. My question to others with this or simiar kits is, can I get these parts from places like Summit, etc. or are they proprietary to the A-Spec kit? If they are available via Summit, etc. what sizes do I need?

I need:

- oil drain line w/fittings
- fitting from the block to the oil feed line
- restrictor for above line (if this kit needs one, not sure)

These were somehow messed up when it was removed or simply lost. I have called A-Spec and left a message but I have yet to hear anything back. Apparently they are in the midst of some remodeling, so I figured I would ask here and see if anyone knows offhand.

thanks,
Mike

I talked with him briefly thursday, sent a couple photos of what I have so it would be easier to see what I need. Still waiting to hear back on prices. Let me know if you find out anything.

thanks,
Mike

What he mentioned earlier, a restrictor for the oil line? I'm not sure I understand the purpose of that. I am installing a single kit, and I'm not sure if I have that or need that.

You should be fine with no restrictor on nonn BB units. Heck I 've rarley needed restrictors on the BB units I just started to include them so people wouldn't keep questioning it. We use a slightly larger size than the ATP ones I feel those are too small from what I have seen here.

Any updates on this? I still need these parts so I can move forward on installing this kit. Replied to your email early in the week but haven't heard back.

thanks,
Mike
