How much power do you plan to make, what injectors, what fuel?

What kind of boost are you looking to push? Also what HP are you looking to make from the turbo.

SARD 280LT in tank bolt in simple upgrade and a Keene Bell BOOST A PUMP, only way to go imho. Simple, elegant, quiet, non fuel heating set up that will cover ANY POWER you can make on the street.

No need for other things or fuel line upgrades etc etc.

Don't buy a walbro they are junk. 2 bosch in tanks is a good setup.

I agree with the walbros being junk.
I still no matter how well you setup your intank pump, it will still surge under a 1/4, even if you cant feel it, stick a meter on it, see the afrs go way lean.

Im sure you already know that they run hot and need a good amount of fuel in the tank to keep them from burning up. I am guessing a lot of people run the fuel pretty low and burn them up.

I have never had any problems with the Walbro pumps either. I don't believe that's just luck as I fill up at 1/3 tank.

Agreed. There are better pumps out there, however, for a lot of people, they work fine. I've had one of mine for close to six years now I think. I added another one a couple years ago at this point and so far so good.

Now, I've completely revamped my fuel system other than the tank itself. Once I do that, I'll address the pump situation as well. However, for I'll say 90% of owners, this will be a fine solution as it's plug and play. For higher HP situations, you can relatively easily add a second pump. It all depends on what you want to spend and what your long term goals are.

Walbro is junk. At least in the GT-R community we don't care much for them. Every reliable high horsepower drag GT-R that is making over 500 horsepower has 2 x or 3 x Bosch pumps.

All the supra guys nutswing over the HKS Densos/Nippon Densos (which are not a bad pump at all), but when it comes down to bang for the buck, all the big players are using boschs or pure race pumps (aeromotives or weldons). So much so that HKS's drag R33 GT-R run 3 x Bosch pumps (not their HKS densos).

Fuel pumps are really about picking the best evil out of all of them. All the pumps have failed at some point, just which tend to do it less often and which can hold consistent pressure for sustained periods of time.

Bosch 044 x 2 external with a reservoir tank is the way to go.

For up to maybe 400-450 a single upgraded GT-R or Supra JZA80 Intank pump upgrade. For anything bigger, 2 or 3 Bosch 044s is ideal.

I have been running my Walbro pump on my single turbo setup for some time now and can't say I have ever had any problem with it. I have been pleased with it considering the rest of my fuel system is stock. I would have to agree with the other posters that it definately depends on how much power you want to make and certaintly don't let the tank get too low. I believe that runs true with pretty much any in tank pump (at least the theory makes sense).
