Did you buy this off ebay? Master Power, SSautochrome, something along that line? Might want to check out a few threads. Do a search in the single turbo section.
There are other kits out there by better shops that will yield better end results. Such as:

Some people will say it's fine, but I'm a firm believer in that you get what you pay for.

I agree 100%. buy a good turbo, these cheap brands are sometimes more expensive in the long run. sure there are people out there that have good luck with e-bay turbos but they are the minority, i can asure you of that.

if the turbo is indeed a t-70 make sure it is P-Trim and make sure that the hot side is not to big. If you want a decent spool go with a 0.84 A/R or even a 0.96 if you have a larger street ported engine. you can always change out the hot side for about $200-250 if you are not happy with it.

good luck.

Found this on e bay...looks like its the same pic

TURBO : NEW "HYBRID BALL BEARING LARGE T70 TURBO" garrett internals with t4 flange, huge 4" inch intake and 2.5" inch outlet . this a serious turbo which has an a/r of 68 and a compessor wheel and trim of 68mm plus mates up with a .84 rear turbo housing so this badboy bigbrother will make an impressive of 650+hp easy and will handle 30psi of insane boost and flows an impressive 85,lb/min. "NOW" thats a "BASS *** TURBO" it will spool up hard and fast at about 40% faster then the 1.15 housing found on about 85% of all turbos out there in the market today, remember the smaller the rear housing the faster it spools the turbine which inturn means "much faster boost" at a much lower rpm, so your power band is spread thur out the rpm range ,that means that you will have the "quick throttle responce of the twins" plus it will give you the "full blowed top end power of a single turbo" so you will have the best of both worlds. "see now you know why i am very excitded about this setup" .

^^ second that,
I called Garrett to confirm if they were using garrett internals as mentioned but garrett denied it. In other words, don't buy anything with moving parts from ssautochrome, xs power etc etc.
if you have to, just get the exhaust manifold or downpipe, and piping but use a namebrand turbo, blow off valve, and wastegate.
