GA Single turbo / oil leak question

I have just had my 94 fd converted to a single turbonetics t4. I have a apexi power fc and a jspec motor with a said 30k ish mileage all recently put in. The car has been sitting for about 4 years and on start up the car start on first try no issues except smoke and a lot of oil coming out of downpipe area. I don't have the rest of the exhaust on it yet. Idles fine sounds good under constant throttle. Why would I be getting oil coming out of my exhaust? Any help would be great and thanks in advance.

Could be bad oil control rings in the engine. If the engine is a used JDM block and the turbo is brand new, that's my bet.

What fuel are you running, and what kind of oil feed and return line do you have on the turbo? Also, how is your crankcase ventilated?
