Single turbo with no boost.....

I just finished a customers FD with an Apexi RX6 single turbo kit, Haltech E6K, Greddy FMIC ect ect.
The motor is freshly built with an agressive streetport as well.

Now heres the problem....

When trying full throttle runs, there is absolutly no boost, like the boost gauge goes to zero and stops....absolutly no positive manifold pressure what so ever.

Now you'd think the wastegate is stuck open or something right, well no, its vented to atmosphere and there is nothing coming out of it.

The turbo spins very freely too, once you get on throttle you can here it spooling but it only goes up to zero manifold pressure.

I'm stumped...any ideas?

Definitely wastegate related. It's either backwards (I doubt it), is stuck open for some really strange reason, or the hoses going to it are setup wrong.
