hey guys well my build is almost ready just need a couple of parts to arrive, before i wanted to go ebay cheap stuffed but i put hard thought and took everyone's advice, "you get what you payed for" so i went with all named branded stuff nothing cheap

2psi unless you have the vehicle tuned. Running those injectors and your setup on a base map made for a factory engine and twins is going to run like total ****.

The car will run, but when the secondarys come on it will act like its hitting a rev limitor. With the PowerFC you can set he injectors up to 1500 but not 1680 like you have, you will need a Datalogic to set it any higher. Reach out to the local community in your area and ask if someone has a computer with datalogic installed and can give you the tune they have on their single turbo car until you have enough funds to get it runed correctly.

Not a problem, I would also change your boost controller to the lowest setting just so you dont lean out for whatever reason, but Im telling you you wont even be able to get into boost with a base tune without your ecu going crazy.

theres plenty of tuners in the south florida area that can tune powerfc. Don't try to patch it and limp it around, thats only going to lead to needing a new motor.

You can get it to run well enough to drive it around. This will help you isolate and recheck all of your newly installed parts for leaks or issues.

If you are running the stock MAP sensor, than you can the base map's PIM numbers. If you plan to run a Bosch 3 bar then you can adjust the PIM voltage for a 3 bar sensor, or simply run the stock and swap it when you get to the tuner.

You will need to adjust the injector sizes with the commander as well.

This is essentially all you need to do to drive the car. Stay out of heavy load and boost. Light load is fine. It will run rough and you may have to raise the throttle stop to get it to idle.

I drove my car to my tuner 2 hours away. It cruises on the highway just fine. City driving is pretty choppy, but very doable.

tunning

Message Arghx and get into the pfc tuning group... There are plenty of people with a similar injector set up as you that could help you get your car to a "safe zone" so you car drive it without worrying. I was told that 5psi was my ceiling with a base map 1000/2000 ID injectors on a TO4R. You will need a datalogit to make a majority of the proper changes and a WBO2 so you can log. Your car should start/run/drive just fine in its current state just make sure you set up your secondaries and stay out of boost.

Unhappy

Also... I dont know the status of your engine but i recommend you pulling the primary inj. and replacing the little plastic fuel bleed sockets. They were meant to help atomize the fuel and typically they get very brittle and break off over time.

Out of all the little "intricacies" on the RX7 those little bastards have to be the stupidest. My had 45k when i took them out and they were pretty brittle, one of them was cracked.
