single turbo installation.

Okay so the other day i broke my T04E and went to XS to get a new one. I will be getting it in a couple of days. now my question is, is it hard to install the turbo myself... looks like a few bolts to me but i could be wrong. .. i've installed full exhausts before just never a turbo. I"m low on cash and want to know if i could bust it out in a day.

So has no one installed their own turbo?????? I already have XS kit on, just upgrading turbo. Can i do this project in about a day? I'm pretty good with cars, just not sure if there is something very difficult about installing a turbo.

Yeah it's 4 bolts to bolt it to the manifold and a couple of water and oil hoses. Just go slow and I'm sure there won't be any troubles

They use a water cooled turbo? It should be pretty easy...the only tough part on mine was the oil lines but I think that may be specific to just my setup which I fabbed myself. I had to bolt the drain line on last and from on my back under the car...man was it tough getting my hands up there.
