Ive Got An Fd3 With A Greddy Td07 Turbo The Car Itself Runs Fine And Is Rapid As Would Be Expected With The Spec Its Mapped At 0.9 Low 1.2 High
The Problem I Have Is On Over Run When I Come Of The Loud Pedal And The Revs Drop To Say 3000rpm The Car Becomes Very Jerky Almost Like It Needs More Engine Speed Say If You Try And Drive At 25mph In 5th You Will Get The Same Effect As This But Im Getting It In Pretty Much All Gears.
Now Could This Be The Actual Map Because I No My Car Pumps Silly Amounts In
Worn Engine Mounts
Or Could It Be The Gearbox Mine Has A B&m Short Shift Which Feels Very Tight

Any Help Would Be Great As My Knoledge On The Rx7 Is Not As Good As It Could Be

Maybe ENGLISH is not Dave's native tongue.

25mph is 3rd or 4th gear speed, not 5th!
Could be bad motor mounts. Since you know they are bad (if I understood your statement), change them first.

Could also be bad fuel tuning at low speeds.
