Single turbo (FD)

Hi im looking into the single turbo conversion and looking for some turbos that can make 600-800whp for under $1,000 anyone know of any good ones to go with?

borgwarner s475 with either a t6 1.1a/r 83mm turbine wheel, or a 1.32a/r 98mm wheel

or a gt4202 t6

ive got access to masterpower turbos and there gt45 only flows 84lbs of air so forget about them
