I currently have a fairly modded 7, non-seq, but stock engine. I'm running 308rwhp @ 12psi with an XS Modified ECU.

I want to go single. My power goals are to be in the 360-400rwhp range ar 12-15psi. Also, I want the least amount of lag possible. I will be driving on the street 99% of the time.

Did I mention I want the least amount of lag possible? :)

I am currently leaning towards the XS TO4E kit with a Power FC and 1200cc secondaries (and upgraded fuel pump).

The Apex RX6 also sounds good...but I don't like that it can't be rebuilt and some have said it's a little on the small side.

I don't really know much about the GReddy TD06 kit.

I also like the XS kit because XS seems to be able to tune the Power FC for them fairly well...which is also important (especially since I am up in the northwest, and there's not really any tuners around).

I am not a turbo sizing expert...are there any tweaks that could be done to the T04E to further reduce lag (without sacrificing my power goals).

For the price go with the XS T04E. Its going to put down similar numbers to the Apexi kit.
Do a Power FC , injectors and fuel pump and you should reach the H.P. levels you want.
