Hello

I want to single turbo convert my 20b engine..

My target is about 400-450 bhp.

What kind of turbo would people in here choosed? i dont want to big turbo beacause of the turbo lag.

Also a manifold would be great, or else i just gonna make me one..

You might be able to convince Zero R to fab you up a 500R 20b Kit.

Should answer the questions on the A-Spec 500r kit....

https://www.rx7club.com/spec-tuning-154/spec-500r-508561/

Why limit yourself with a 20b to just 400-450hp? You could have done that with a 13b, I say go get a gt42r, in my opinion a good middle of the road turbo, makes globs of power, decent spool for the size, and the top end is nasty.

The 500r is a modified GT35R that flows more, and performs better at high boost. Currently it is only available from A-spec in a kit for the 13Bt in the FC or 13b-rew in the FD. So maybe you can convince Zero R to build you a 20b 500R kit.

I agree, that 20B shouldn't have a problem spooling a 40R or 42R don't you guys think?

if a 13b can spool a 40r or 42r i am sure that a 20b can do it. you could look at a 4094 or 42r.
