Question SCOOT web site

I am already thinking ahed and looking at building another engine as a spare . After experiencing a bit of my partial bridge at low boost I definately cannot go back to a "normal" street port so I am thinking of trying a semi p.p . ,like the SCOOT racer . Problem is I cant seem to get any more info. other than what i found here , before I totally commit to this project I would like to locate some of the special parts like the LIM and the roller bearings , is there a web site for SCOOT or any other site that might be able to supply these parts ?, anyone know ? , Any other type of input or suggestions would also be greatly appreciated , thanks.
