S4 TII injector choosing confusion

needing some advice on injectors. i am using a rtek 2.1 and am needing some 1000cc injectors for my secondaries. i am rather confused about injectors right now but it is pretty much the only thing holding me back from getting my car tunned.

my car is a s4 TII so i am pretty sure i need low impedance 1000cc injectors, but the nozzle type and style injector i am confused on. ( pintel, ball and seat, disc ) ( honda, mitsu)

A buddy told me that PTE made good injectors so thats what i have been looking at. if you know any other good manufactures please suggest them to me.

marren,, these one listed are 1000 cc rochys that are flow matched and numbered and made with the dual 11mm o ring top and skirt rubber bottom
these makes them easy fit options to stock rails ,, and allows you to delete the pattern diffusers
( these injectors have built in mulit-hole pattern )

they are new ,oldschool multechs,,, but re-done well

Here is what you need. Order with 11mm tops and they will drop right in.

What is the build month of your car? Does it have a factory resistor box near the passenger headlight? Are the factory injector connectors square or round? If you have a factory resistor box just get drop-in low impedence injectors and be done with it. The early build date harness with the resistor box had a square Bosch EV1 injector connector from the factory so you won't even need to splice in new connectors.

you'd have to bypass the resistor box and splice in new injector connectors. there isn't much of a point in doing it--why go cutting up and splicing wires when you don't have to? It's just more to fail. Low impedence injectors work fine with the OEM resistor box. I use the Bosch 1680's with the factory box and the original injector connectors. I'm not knocking the newer style injectors (ID1000 etc) but I don't see the benefit in your application.

Yeah people will go on and on about flow testing of the ID injectors blah blah blah. Yeah that's fine but you specifically in your application don't need it. It will have zero noticeable effect. You are using an Rtek which doesn't have any way to adjust injector opening times anyway. Bumpstart's link will drop in and work perfectly, plus they cost less.
