Rx7 fd autoexe intake with single turbo

Hey everyone,

I bought fd which has currently stock twins with greddy smic and autoexe carbon intake. Do you think it is possible to run a single turbo with the autoexe intake? Building a custom manifold is not a problem, just thinking if there is enough space to run this intake with single turbo? Thinking of using sxe362 turbo from bw.

Really depends on the turbo placement. If you push the turbo as far back as possible it might work. The challenge may be the amount of space the adapter takes up between turbo inlet and intake.

Plenty of people running singles with them, put the standard back plate away in the cupboard, fabricate one, ideally that bells down to your turbo inlet diameter.
