Any one know where I can send my HKS TO4Z turbo to get rebuild? I emailed two places and they said they dont know how to rebuild the TO4Z. I want to rebuild it. The oil seals are shot. any help would be great thanks..

 

you dont rebuild the ball bearing turbo. you replace the cartridge
