rear oil return block off?

Where can I get this? And where can I get an adaptor for the front so that I can hook a hose to it?

I just cut off the middle flange from the front oil drain, flared the line a little, and attached an-12 drain line from my turbo to it with a clamp.

For the block-off plate, I'm not sure. It probably wouldn't be hard to make one yourself, or you could weld shut the old line.

Just take the same stock rear oil return line , cut off the flange and take it to a welder and have him BRAZE it and seal the hole, that what I did.

With the front return I just cut the pipe in half and bought a steal -12to-12 and had it welded to the end. I had to make sure it was far enough out to clear parts of the block with being so large and all. PM me if you want any pics.
