I just cut off the middle flange from the front oil drain, flared the line a little, and attached an-12 drain line from my turbo to it with a clamp.
For the block-off plate, I'm not sure. It probably wouldn't be hard to make one yourself, or you could weld shut the old line.

With the front return I just cut the pipe in half and bought a steal -12to-12 and had it welded to the end. I had to make sure it was far enough out to clear parts of the block with being so large and all. PM me if you want any pics.
