Racing Parts Depot - OBX TO4E any good?

Guy's I have been offered this turbo and it's not one I have come across here in the UK before. I have heard of OBX and as far as I know they make reasonable stuff but wondered what you guy's thought? Is the turbo any good or should I steer well clear? The spec below looks okay to me? I am only after around 400bhp flywheel if I get more bonus! I was looking at a similar spec Masterpower witrha P trim compressor until this came up and the exchange rate fell through the floor! Please let me know your opinions.
Specification.
Compressor Wheel:64 Trim - 67.0 Inducer / 84.0 Major
Compressor Housing:100 Inlet / 60 Outlet - 0.70 A/R
Turbine Wheel-76 Trim - 73.0 Major / 64.0 Exducer
Turbine Housing- T04 inlet / 64.0 outlet - .96 A/R 70mm.
