Question questions about aftermarket fuel pump and a pic of my setup

i bought the fuel upgrade from rx7.com which consided of the 1600cc injectors, sx regulator, and the rp performance pump i couldnt get any fuel pressure out of the rp pump so i put my stocker back in and i got fuel pressure and i was able to adjust the pressure which i wasnt able to do with the rp pump ive heard that u have to rewire and relay it to get stonger current is this true anyone else had this problem or do u think the pump is bad any info is helpful thanks eric

remember, its basically just a motor. Maybe the polarity was reversed. If youre sure it wasnt, id say its a bad pump.

ya, because the RP pump is just another denso pump (like the factory) but higher flowing.
I think its mk4 supra twin turbo pump.

The RP pump is plug and play, no re-wiring involved. I've used one for a year with no problems. While my car has been sitting I had it flow tested at Kinsler with good results.
