Well I finally got the PFC today. I plugged it in, the car started....so that's a good sign! Haven't messed with it too much yet, although after installing the PFC, my stock tachometer is not working for some reason. I know the PFC is getting a RPM signal because the FC Commander shows my RPM's.

I'll be doing some investigating and figuring tomorrow.

Oh also I noticed that my fuel pressure was dropping again so I pulled the car back into the garage and a big puddle of fuel was on the ground where the 7 had been. So that is something else I will be investigating...where is this pesky leak coming from!!!

are you using fuel injector rated hose (has a liner on the inside) or just regular fuel hose? Regular fuel hose won't hold up to the pressure. Also what kind of clamps are you using? Advance sells little t-bolt clamps for fuel injector line that are really nice for holding those little hoses on.

Yes, I am using 5/16 Goodyear fuel injection hose and I actually replaced the clamps with the kind you are talking about.

It might be leaking where the stock FPR was located. I am still using the stock fuel system (Except for a Aeromotive FPR and Walbro Fuel pump). The stock FPR is attached right the secondary rail and I didn't want that to obstruct the fuel flow to the new FPR. So I had a piece machined to be in place of the stock FPR. It has the two screws to screw into the secondary rail and a nipple coming out for the fuel line to attach to. I'm thinking that maybe it is leaking from this machined piece, but I am not sure yet.

What do you guys do to replace the stock FPR WITHOUT using new rails...if you run an Aeromotive FPR?
