at about 1/4 of gas in tank car in 1st and 2nd gear will not push enough fuel
at about 5000rpm....car jerks but does not shut down as i lift off the throttle...

driving normal everything is OK ...only when i acsellerate hard in 1st and 2end ,3rd and up no problems

i run single Bosch 044 with Pre-Filter Fuel Sock in CJM assembly with 6an lines fresh flow tested injectors as i clean them every year

i don't remember having this problem before

i do not over boost
boost controller is working good

so i am thinking fuel pump might be going bad or i might need surge tank

what do you guys think is going on ???

problem was cjmotorsports fuel assembly ...they sent me the fuel pump holders made out of wrong material witch swelled up... so the pump was bouncing all over the place...they sent me replacement fuel pump holders witch fixed the problem car is running like its suppose too now....

hope they sent out the holder made out off right material this time

 

can someone tell me exactly how to change my fuel pump i took off the metal plate in the back but there isnt any bolts leading to a fuel pump in the gas tank.. is it above the right rear wheel? 87 fc n/a
