Precision T&E 550cc (55 lb/hr)injectors don't fit!

Whats the deal here, I have an 87' T2 im trying to put these in. Alot of people say they bought there injectors from Precision did anyone else have a prolbem? The nozzle part of the injector that accually gets inserted into the engine is too big. Help me I need to get this engine done sometime this century!

Thanks,
Brian

Is the end bare metal or does it have a plastic cap?

If it has a plastic cap, try to remove it. After removing the plastic cap it should look like you stock "nozzle part".

Bare metal, after looking over some stuff tonight, I was thinking that I may be able to drill the air bleed things out a little bit.

Be extra careful, those things are extremly brittle especially when old.
