It looks like I should just tighten up the clamp that I had to tightned to rotate the housing, but I don't want bang my compressor wheel while I am trying to get it off so any advice is appreciated. I have already polished the cast elbow and it came out awesome. I bought the manifold polishing kit from eastwoodco.com a good investment.

Yea, just tighten the bolt until you can take the ring off. Take a rubber mallet and hit it a few times, it will pop off.
