parallel twin turbo intercooler piping
just got a custom kit for my FD that came out of an FC with twin T-25s (yeah i know they are small, i will be upgrading), and the intercooler has twin inlets for obvious reasons. i'd like to use my current intercooler since it actually fits and isn't all dented up, but would it be bad for the turbos or performance for any reasons by connecting the 2 charge pipes before the intercooler, as opposed to after it like the twin inlet intercooler did?

I don't know if I've ever even seen an intercooler with twin inlets. Factory twin turbo cars usually come with twin intercoolers (VR-4, 300zx?) that have a Y-pipe before the throttle body or a single side mount with a Y pipe before the intercooler (FD, Supra?)
Considering the stock twin setup have a Y pipe before the intercooler you would have to fab up one.
