Opinions on a Mystery turbo

First off, sorry for the cross post.

A guy on a local forum is selling this...

New
air reasearch
to4 turbo 6o trim

http://www.dragva.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121915

He absolutely will not look up the specs on it.
Unfourtunately it is not close enough for me to check it out, and if I do buy it, it would be shipped.

Im figuring for $300 its a pretty good deal and I could live with less than desirable specifications that will cause more lag and up the rpm band.

I would be running this on my streetported (9.7 rotors) 84 SE with an rx3mist.com manifold. A megasquirt for fuel managment and a large front mount.

Should I take the chance and buy it or not.

Thanks
Greg

I beleive you can get that turbo (or something like it) new for about $350. Mine is a Borg Warner T04b and sells new for 350-400 new.
