--OMP Blocked Off?--

My FD was put together and tuned by KDRotary in PA. They installed everything on my FD. Question is why are the OMP nozzles on top of the block modified? By that I mean the vacuum lines are capped off. Why? The clear lines that feed the nozzles are still hooked up, but the vacuum nipples on top of the nozzles are capped off with vacuum caps. Wouldn't that create a problem with the OMP's duty cycle?
i drove like that for like 5k miales..they should be t'd together and routed into a mild vac source(turbo inlet , anywhere right behind filter)
i dont really know how the whole 2ndary oil injection works, mabe u should call dave and ask, tio told me how i had mine setup was wrong...

The way they were blocked off was on purpose. Both nozzles had vacuum caps on both. I'd like to run vacuum lines back to the upper intake manifold, although I don't want to cause an overflow of oil to the seals. It won't mess anything up seriously, but it may cake up my plugs. Anybody with any info on the subject?
