Isn't it more like a Street/Peri port engine with a custom intake manifold.
I know this was the setup they ran making 700+ whp. I saw the new option that say's 597.1ps w/T51-KAI and it looks like the Scoot car but I'm not sure it's the same one.

can you tell us how big the pp's are at the housing, and roughly what the timing is? they look smaller than the usual mazda factory / racing beat etc ports... so I assume they have to be done from scratch.

A friend is interested in doing exactly this on a non-turbo engine and has got all excited by the pics...

I cant stand those wheel covers or whatever you want to call them on scoots car. I saw those for sale on their site about a year ago and thought they were hideous. But i will however take whats under the bonnet.
