Nurburgring setup,which manifold?

Hi, I'm having trouble choosing between my 2 manifolds for my trackcar (mainly nurburgring). They are both undivided T3 manifolds for my gt35r (A/R1.06).
One is a longrunner with screamerpipe, the other is shortrunner with recirculating wastegate.

Which one would be best?

Long runner is better for a longer track and higher speeds, so thats what I would recommend.

i'd use the long runner simply because the wg is routed back in. less fire to deal with underneath the car

one has properly designed WG runners the other doesn't. Not a very hard choice mate
