GA No Power and Clutch pedal issue

OK so i have had nothing but bad luck with my rx7... it has seen 4 body shops and 3 garages and each place fixes one thing a breaks another.... Here is my issue now. I just had a new clutch kit, master cylinder, slave, put in and no one can seem to get it to keep a clutch pedal... It was like this with the stock clutch too after it had been sitting a while.

2nd issue is after the paint and body man gave me my car back he hands me my power fc in my hand.... I was a bit puzzled by this so i plugged it back in and I get 0 power in the car ... no lights beeps nothing? any suggestions?

What model year, engine trim, modifications?

Make sure the clutch is properly bled. If the fluid doesn't come out clean with no bubbles, you're still likely to have a **** pedal feel. If all your hydraulics are new and you still can't keep the clutch bled, check into the clutch line for leaks. They may be dripping down to the slave cylinder and hard to see.

its a 94 single turbonetics t3/t4 power fc ... I finally figured out the no power at all issue... someone cut my ignition wires under my steering wheel and disconected my starter ... I have all that hooked back up and have power but turn the key and no start nor clicking from starter or turn over... I can manually turn the engine over so its not locked up and I have 13v going to the big wire on the starter but only get 4v on the little wire when turning the key....not a clue what else to check
