NGK spark plug ground strap melting?

Pulled my plugs to check them out and found some build up that I haven't seen before. Looks almost like the rear leading spark plug ground strap is melting or has water droplets on it? Not sure what it is? What's causing it? No hesitations in WOT running 13-20psi, afr's high 10's to blip of an 11 here and there

NGK R7420 10 leading and 11 trailing

That is pretty crazy. I use the 11's both trailing and leading at over 30 psi. I have seen EGT's close to 2000 degrees and the plugs look great.
