Money has very little to do with it....Steve told me he wasn't making trips to tune anymore.

I don't think so...I have ran multiple 12.1's with a 1.70 60 ft w/ stock turbos. Now with a GT35/40 at same boost my mph is slower. I think its just tuning. The car should run a low 11.

My air to fuel is between about 11 to 1 and I am getting pretty high knock readings (95 on PFC and 60 on Datalogit). I have Greddy 2 row IC. On the stock turbos I was running about 15 pounds. On the new turbo/motor I also ran 15 pounds and it wasn't any faster. Shouldn't the bigger turbo be much more efficient at 15 pounds? I guess I can always turn up the boost but I would like to fix the problem if I have one. My idle is also pissing me off. I have no vacume leaks and the car idles back and forth from 500 to 2000 rpms. I don't think my port job would cause this. I was expecting to run into the 10's...please help.

now that's just pathetic it's all driver fault there. With my stock twins car once I put the midpipe on I never got out of the 12s again at 12psi. With the single 11s half the time and 12.1 the other half (this was before the retune with a wimpy 380rwhp). I've seen what you're talking about though. people with stock twins and all the bolt ons getting 14s etc and 1 single turbo guy getting the same times cause he cant get any traction...bs some of my 11 runs are with a 2.1 60 time

Michael what kind of map are you running now!? I hope it's somewhat tuned since you're going to the track.

I am running a map from XS Engineering from a similiar setup. I have a wideband so I knew it wasnt leaning out. It was dropping to about 11.0 to 1 A/F ratio...I know way too rich! Well, I guess I don't have to worry about it for a couple of months since we started painting the car. It doesn't look too fun since we are pulling the motor to paint the engine compartment.
