c16 doesnt give you more power, it just prevents detonation. lets see a dyno sheet.

 

using c16 with 99 spec twins is silly. They can't support enough boost for the high octane......

oh and you suggested that the best way to put up 600whp was to buy upgraded twin turbos....in a Single Turbo subforum. It's a good thing you didn't put this in the 3rd gen specific, this thread would be 10 pages by now.

Rotoray motor policy---- cant handle knock, and the "1 count of knock, blown motor policy....lets go LS1" .......im pretty sure we have cars in the low 10s with VERY low amounts of money into them....... And all i ever hear from rx-7 guys is.."hang on let me get my 2500lb 1.3 liter motor that needs drag radials, kazz lsd 2 stroke motor oil, import fuel, toluene and meth/water injection" just to maybe make 1 pass down the track w/o glazying up a clutch....thats not stereotyping..thats just the god dam truth. I'll take my pump gas SUV on radials to the track/street any day...rain or shine

I cant remember seeing any vr-4s in pro racing. I have seen alot of them in the shop. And i like the way my fd will break if i screw up it keeps the excitment in playing with cars! Its fun to build a car from the ground up and see if it will hold together just like R/D with $$$$$$.
