I need new seals in mine too. Just picked up the car and smoking badly when I'm off the gas or idleing. Its fine when I'm steady on the gas or accelerating hard, so I'm pretty sure its just the turbo seals. Can the seals be done by themselves, or does it need a full rebuild. its a greddy T78 too, I'm in poughkeepsie, NY, so not too far from the OP, maybe we can get a group deal haha.

Guys at Turblown rebuilt my T04. I know they can do the Greddy stuff as long as the wheels/chra are in reusable condition.

They quoted $300 for a rebuild with new seals and bearings. Is this good pricing?

Yes that's a fair price but you also have to think about shipping there & back.
All you to ship is the center good luck...
