Need Help! W/ greddy type S bov
I didn't know if I should put this in the 2nd gen area or not but I think you guys have more knowledge of this.
I installed my greddy type s on my 88 turboII yeterday. The spring in the bov wasn't strong/stiff enough on its own so we had to run a bleeder valve or it wouldn't work at all. We tried adjusting it and it didn't help. It works now but I can only run 2-4psi! It sucks. My question is, I heard that the type s has two springs in it. One inside of the other? Is that true? Could I be missing one? ( I bought it used and the previous owner might of messed w/ it). Is there any place where I could get a new spring? I checked just about every web site that carries bov valves. Any suggestions. Thanks.

I appreciate the replys but I called the tech support # and they told me they don't sell the spring seperately. I 'm kind screwed for the mean time because I cut the intercooler piping to make it fit and now I can't put the stock one back on... what do I do?
