Hey guys, I have been searching for the past 2 days through various setups and threads on removing the vacuum nest and all that crap and I'm confused

I have a 1995 PEP model, as you may know it does not come with the EGR, and I just removed the double throttle(butterflies from the UIM) I am going to be running 850-1300 in stock rails for Fuel, I have a PowerFC w/commander...and I am keeping the SS OPM Lines...

What I am askign is for help with the routing of the hoses and keeping of the solenoids to keep the car Single and Emissions Friendly, I live in VA so I need to stay legal. lol
