Arrow need help from the single turbo guys!! which setup for niiicce boost response????

all the single turbo freaks come here:

I'm rebuilding my '91 TII s5, with rew housings and plates and looking for a nice little turbo!

my last setup was a turbonetics T60-1 hifi with a boost powerband from 4500rpm upwards, too laggy for my needs!

i need: a turbo that can provide about 350 flywheel hp at 15psi and has really early-rpm boost capabilities! i don't want a turbo that's capable of 500hp, just a small efficient one for my 350hp goal, that is very responsive and streetable!

what would you recommend? ball bearing? stock manifold? garrett gt? hybrid, saying BNR??

pleeease help!!

what hot side did you have? it must have been huge to make a 60-1 compressor that laggy.
